Overview We are seeking Full & Part Time Nursing Assistants to join our team at Harmony River in Hutchinson, MN.
These positions may include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
Opportunities are available for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/NAR) and non-certified Home Health Aides that are willing to get their CNA certification! As a Nursing Assistant, your contributions play an important role in caring for the needs of older adults- including their physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
You are responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

Responsibilities The Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications To be considered from Care Center/TCU: Current Nursing Assistant Certifcation required To be considered for Assisted Living: Caregiving experience helpful but not required (depending on location) Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
